Luxtelligence (LXT) releases the first open-access process design kit (PDK) for thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN). This PDK is released on the Luceda IPKISS and gdsfactory electronic design automation tools. This PDK contains compact models and design guidelines for realizing high-speed electro-optic modulators. The platform allows fast and efficient prototyping for customers joining multi-project wafers (MPW) and dedicated runs at LXT.
